Belvidere Estate is ideally situated for many water-sporting activities – canoeing, power boating, windsurfing, kite boarding – to name but a few.

The estate boasts a picturesque jetty with 108 individual walk-on berths and a gazebo offering benches to sit and watch the world go by.  The private berths are secured under lock and key and a camera security system is in place.

Belvidere Estate offers secure boat storage facilities at the garage park located on the western boundary of the estate.

The jetty, gazebo, berths and garage park are administered by the Belvidere Jetty Association.   An annual levy is payable by the members for the maintenance and regular upgrading of the facilities.
