Belvidere Estate has two all-weather tennis courts that are well used by permanent residents, overseas swallows and families on holiday.  The informal tennis club features ladies, men’s and mixed tennis with the occasional round-robin tournament.  Social activities include the gathering and festivities on Wimbledon Day.

Martin Engelsman (engelsman@telkomsa.net)  is available for coaching.

Residents can either play individually, or join the social tennis club.

There is a strict no-pay, no-play policy.  The current membership options include:

• Fun Membership – (playing in social club) R600 per player per year.
• Half Membership – (play outside social  club times) R500 per household per year.
• Kids R100 per year excluding those households that pay half membership.
